Job summary

The Knotify Workforces Corp. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support a UK financial account from the Philippines. You will assist customers with UK banking, mortgage-related requests, and related inquiries, aligning with UK business hours.

The role requires hands-on mortgage experience in US banking or financial services, 1–2 years in telephony support, and strong English communication. Onsite work with shifting UK-aligned schedules is expected.
