Job summary

The Knotify Workforces Corp. is seeking professionals for a 100% onsite role in Eton Centris, Quezon City. You will handle broker queries, track deal status, and coordinate document remediation within a UK financial accounts unit.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in US/UK banking or telephony, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and comfort working with international customers and preferences in Loan Origination and Motor Financing.

Qualifications

• High School or college education as stated.
• 1–2 years in US/UK banking and telephony.
• Experience in banking, collections, fraud, underwriting, payouts, loan processing or similar.
• Strong problem solving and assertive communication.
• Good understanding of customer service.
• Comfortable handling international customers.

Responsibilities

• Handle broker and introducer queries as external stakeholders.
• Track deal status and provide timely updates.
• Review and coordinate document remediation.
• Coordinate with the payouts team.

Qualifications

• At least High School Old Curriculum, Senior High School graduate, 2nd year college completed, or college graduate
• 1 to 2 years of US or UK banking and telephony experience
• Experience in banking, collections, fraud, underwriting, payouts, loan processing, or similar financial services roles
• Strong problem solving skills with proper and assertive communication
• Good understanding of customer service
• Comfortable handling international customers
• Priority given to candidates with UK or US banking experience, particularly in Loan Origination and Motor Financing
