A leading recruitment agency is seeking a professional to handle inbound and outbound calls while managing customer arrears and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and have 4-5 years of US/UK banking experience, alongside leadership skills in collections. This role also requires proven ability in coaching colleagues and supporting customers facing mortgage arrears.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of relevant US/UK banking and collections experience.
• Leadership experience in UK collections/recoveries.
• Experience coaching internal colleagues.
• Experience coaching internal colleagues is highly desirable.
• Proven track record in assisting customers experiencing mortgage arrears.
• Proficiency in complex financial support, litigation and receivership activities.
• Exposure to UK banking or collections in other verticals is a plus.
