A financial services organization in Quezon City is looking for an experienced candidate with 4-5 years of US/UK banking and collections experience. Qualifications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 4-5 years of relevant US/UK banking and collections experience
• Leadership experience in UK collections/recoveries
• Previous experience of providing effective one-to-one coaching to internal colleagues is highly desirable.
• Proven track record in providing support to customers experiencing mortgage arrears.
• Proficiency in undertaking complex financial support, litigation and receivership activities.
• Good to have: Exposure to UK banking or collections experience in other verticals.
