Qualifications

• 1–2 years of workforce management experience in a contact center.
• 2–4 years of overall experience.
• Banking industry experience is highly preferred.
• Exposure to UK/US/AU banking industries is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and MS Excel proficiency.
• Experience with workforce management software (scheduling, performance tracking, reporting).

Responsibilities

• Prepare timely and accurate MIS reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with management and clients to understand business information needs.
• Ensure reports and dashboards meet stakeholder requirements on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.
• Support tools and systems for MIS generation and reporting.
• Assist manager with new MIS initiatives to boost productivity.
• Provide updates on progress of MIS initiatives.
