Job summary

TASQ is hiring for an MIS Reports Analyst to join our onsite team in Centris, QC. The role follows a shifting schedule aligned with UK time and focuses on delivering accurate MIS dashboards for stakeholders.

The candidate should have 1–2 years in workforce management within a contact center, plus 2–4 years total experience. Banking sector exposure is a strong plus. Strong Excel and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate with degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Business Administration, IT or CS.
• 1–2 years of workforce management experience in a contact center.
• 2–4 years total work experience.
• Banking industry experience is highly preferred.
• Exposure to UK/US/AU banking is an advantage.
• Strong analytical abilities and MS Excel skills.
• Experience with workforce management software (scheduling, performance tracking, reporting).

Responsibilities

• Prepare timely and accurate MIS reports and dashboards as required by stakeholders.
• Interact with management, internal stakeholders and clients to understand information needs.
• Ensure reports and dashboards are prepared per stakeholder requirements on a weekly/monthly/quarterly cadence.
• Support tools and systems for efficient MIS generation and reporting.
• Assist the manager with new MIS initiatives to improve productivity.
• Provide progress updates on MIS initiatives to the manager.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in (Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science)
• 1 to 2 years work experience in workforce management in a contact center environment
• 2 to 4 years overall experience
• Banking industry experience is highly preferred

Responsibilities:

• Prepare timely and accurate MIS reports and dashboards as required by the stakeholders
• Interact and work closely with management, internal stakeholders & clients to understand the business information needs
• Ensuring all reports & dashboards are prepared as per stakeholder requirements as per the desired frequency (weekly/ monthly/ quarterly)
• Support and adopt tools and systems for efficient MIS generation and reporting system
• Continuous support to the manager in rolling out new techniques and initiatives to increase productivity
• Providing update to the manager on the progress of any new MIS initiatives
