Job summary

The HIRD Corp. is seeking an experienced MIS Executive in Quezon City to support reporting and Workforce Management operations for a UK financial account. You will prepare reports, maintain dashboards, and analyze data to inform business decisions.

This role requires 2–4 years in MIS/reporting, a strong Excel background, and the ability to work 100% onsite at Eton Centris with UK-time shifts. Join a full-time onsite team and contribute to data-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in reporting/MIS.
• At least 2 years supporting contact center or WFM operations.
• Experience with Excel-based reporting and dashboards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Willing to work 100% onsite in Eton Centris, Quezon City.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules aligned with UK time.
