Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a motivated outbound sales professional to drive UK-time prospecting from our on-site office in the Philippines. You will conduct cold calls, follow structured scripts, and convert prospects into qualified opportunities for senior teams.

The role requires strong English communication, persistence, and meticulous record-keeping. Experience with CRM systems and working with UK-based prospects is a plus. On-site with UK-time alignment, tailored for outbound growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation.
• Experience in B2B outbound sales or appointment setting is highly preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Clear, confident, professional communication style.
• Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage prospects, ask relevant questions, and sustain conversations.
• Handle objections and respond professionally to concerns.
• Follow structured scripts while maintaining natural conversations.
• Familiar with CRM systems or lead management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls using provided prospect and lead lists.
• Present and promote the client's services with an approved calling script.
• Identify, qualify, and engage potential business prospects.
• Schedule discovery and strategy meetings for the client's executive team.
• Research prospects and identify sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate prospect lists and CRM records.
• Record activities, notes, and outcomes in the CRM or tracking sheets.
• Follow up via email to maintain prospect engagement.
• Provide insights to improve outreach strategies.
• Meet or exceed activity and performance targets.
