Job summary

Outsourced is seeking a proactive Sales & Appointment Setter to support its UK-based client in retail tools and hardware. The role focuses on outbound prospecting, qualifying interest, and securing sales appointments for the UK sales team, with inbound calls minimized.

The candidate will also support promotional campaigns and structured follow-ups, while maintaining CRM records and handling occasional overflow inquiries. Hybrid work setup in the Philippines with evening Manila hours.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, outbound lead generation, or appointment setting.
• Exceptional spoken and written English proficiency for UK-based customers.
• Experience engaging UK- or Ireland-based B2B customers is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with VoIP systems and CRM platforms for logging calls and managing leads.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact prospective hardware retailers to identify opportunities, qualify interest, and book sales appointments for the UK team.
• Conduct timely follow-ups via phone and personalized emails.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM with call notes and appointment details.
• Handle occasional overflow inbound calls and forward inquiries to the relevant team.
