Job summary

Ecosa is seeking a proactive UGC Assistant in the Philippines to manage a high-volume creator program. You’ll coordinate onboarding, briefs, scripts, and approvals, track deliverables, and keep contracts and content assets organized for quick review by the Paid Social and Creative Manager.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in influencer marketing or content coordination.
• Experience managing 20+ creators per month with 2–4 deliverables each.
• Excellent organizational skills; track everything with systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Experience with Google Sheets and Google Drive and using formulas.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to processes.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable following up persistently and escalating when off track.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for creators and manage outreach, onboarding, scheduling, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate production calendar and track deliverables, chasing due dates proactively.
• Prepare and fill out contracts from templates; coordinate invoicing with finance.
• Manage the internal Google Drive content library; organize and tag assets.
• Issue briefs and scripts to creators; perform first-pass checks against briefs.
• Communicate revision requests and track resubmissions.
• Maintain trackers on creator status, deliverables, contracts, spend, and content pipeline.
• Report on programme throughput and costs per asset.
• Progress toward owning the creator programme end-to-end with mentorship.
