Job summary

Ecosa seeks a quality-control leader to own the advertising QC system in Manila, steering a team of six across design and editing, and driving AI-first production across statics and video.

You will design rubrics, enforce brand and claims accuracy, set SLAs, and build a scalable, measurable QC process that reduces rework and speeds up delivery while maintaining high standards in a fast-growing ecommerce setting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in design, video production or creative production, with Western-market brands preferred.
• Proven QC ownership with a written rubric or process.
• Experience developing people and performance conversations.

Responsibilities

• Design and run the QC framework for advertising output across statics and video.
• Enforce brand compliance, claims accuracy, platform specs, and hook strength.
• Lead the AI-first production shift and manage a six-person team.
