You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute brand campaigns, provide practical tips to improve content quality, and train creators on best practices for engagement across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, retain, and help creators grow with the brand.
• Cascade and carry-out the benefit mechanism and growth program to incentivize performance and revenue growth at scale.
• Conduct day-to-day conversations directly with creators to materialize and iterate strategic programs to deliver business results.
• Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams to carry out brand campaigns through creators under management.
• Monitor and track results metrics for creator growth and performance.
• Help collect information for the content education program with tips and know-how about how to produce better-quality and better-engagement content.
• Conduct training to creators on tips and know-how for better content, leveraging different tools and social platforms
