• A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in campaign coordination, project coordination, or administrative roles is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Track campaign deliverables, timelines, and milestones across active creator partnerships.
• Coordinate schedules between creators, clients, and internal teams.
• Manage travel arrangements and other campaign logistics when needed.
• Review creator content before publication to ensure it meets campaign requirements.
• Verify live content, including links, tags, disclosures, and other brand guidelines.
• Ensure campaigns are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Process invoice requests within 24 hours of campaign go-live.
• Support contract administration and campaign documentation.
• Maintain accurate campaign records and operational workflows.
