Job summary

Educato AI (YC S24) seeks a hands-on UGC Campaign Manager to lead the creator program in the Philippines. You will find and recruit creators on TikTok and Instagram, negotiate rates, onboard talent, and drive campaigns end-to-end.

You’ll collaborate with our global GTM team, ensure timely content and payments, and maintain strong creator relationships. Fluency in Filipino with good English helps you succeed.

About The Role

• Manage our UGC campaign in the Philippines
• Find and recruit UGC creators
• Work closely with our global GTM team who will teach you everything you need to know about the campaign

• Review content and give fast, clear feedback.
• Keep creators, deadlines, deliverables, and payments organized.
