Job summary

Ecosa is seeking an UGC Assistant in the Philippines to manage a large creator roster and streamline workflows from onboarding to delivery. You will coordinate communications between creators and our Paid Social and Creative Manager, track deliverables, and keep the content library well organized.

You will ensure contracts are ready, invoices are processed, and briefs are clearly understood. This role offers growth through exposure to creator marketing at scale and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, UGC, social media, content coordination, or production coordination.
• Proven experience managing a high volume of external contacts at once (20+ creators per month).
• Extremely strong organisational skills with thorough tracking and follow-through.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and juggle deadlines without dropping details.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for all creators, handling outreach, onboarding, questions, scheduling, and follow-ups.
• Relaying feedback, revision requests, and approvals clearly between creators and the Paid Social and Creative Manager.
• Maintain the production calendar and track every deliverable against due dates.
• Coordinate contracts, invoicing, and payment within Ecosa's processes.
• Manage the internal Google Drive library: uploading, naming, tagging, and organizing assets.
• Issue and track briefs to creators, review content for framing, lighting, and brand safety, and communicate revisions.
• Maintain trackers on creator status, deliverables, contracts, spend, and content pipeline.
