Job summary

Interpacific Data Management Systems Inc. in Makati is seeking an experienced UC Engineer/Technical Presales to support the sales process with customer requirements analysis, solution demonstrations, and proposal development.

Reporting to the CTO, you will collaborate with sales, technical, and development teams to design UC and contact center architectures, deliver presentations, and help with implementations while maintaining commercial awareness and client confidence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in presales, solutions engineering, or related role.
• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience conducting customer presentations and technical demos.
• Solid background in Contact Centre deployment and operation.
• Broad UC and telecom knowledge.
• Experience preparing proposals, tenders, and RFP responses.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to understand business operations and technical requirements.
• Translate customer needs into practical UC solution proposals.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical workshops.
• Prepare proposals, bids, tenders, and RFI/RFP responses.
• Work with sales to align technical solutions with customer goals.
• Coordinate with technical teams on implementation planning and delivery.
• Participate in post-sales support and maintenance coordination.
• Build relationships with customer stakeholders at all levels.
• Stay updated with market trends and emerging technologies.
• Recommend product enhancements to management.
