Job summary

Mace is seeking a Tunneling Lead to join our Manila team, acting as client representative and coordinating with multidisciplinary groups to deliver a major tunnelling project in Manila, Philippines.

The role requires Chartered membership with RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent, plus extensive experience delivering complex infrastructure projects and strong commercial oversight.

Qualifications

• Chartered membership with professional standing (RICS/CIOB/APM/ICE) is required.
• Extensive experience delivering complex property or infrastructure projects.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen supporting governance and fee management.
• Proven leadership of large, diverse teams and senior stakeholder relationships.
• Sound knowledge of health, safety, sustainability and carbon considerations.

The Project

We are presently searching for a Tunneling Lead to join our growing team in Manila, Philippines. In this role, the successful candidate will work as the client representative, supporting with project management to ensure the timely delivery of a major tunnelling project in Manila.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Leading in the delivery of small to large tunnelling projects, applying best practice project management methodologies.


• The management of budgets, commercial controls and financial performance, ensuring robust governance and reporting.


• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to achieve programme, cost and quality outcomes.


• Identify, mitigate and manage project risks, driving proactive early warning and issue resolution.


• Support bids, fee proposals and account growth through strong commercial insight.


• Ensure safe, compliant construction delivery, underpinned by recognised professional and safety credentials.

You’ll Need To Have

• Chartered membership with RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent professional standing.


• Extensive experience delivering complex property or infrastructure projects through construction and completion.


• Strong commercial and financial acumen supporting robust governance, fee management and compliant decision making.


• Proven leadership of large, diverse teams and senior stakeholder relationships.


• Sound technical knowledge of health, safety, sustainability and carbon considerations impacting project outcomes.
