Job summary

Mace is seeking an experienced Marketing and Communications Lead to join our Manila team full-time. You will shape and deliver integrated marketing, employer branding, and communications strategies to support business growth across APAC from our Manila base.

Working with senior stakeholders, you will drive campaigns, lead generation, and thought leadership, ensuring brand visibility and alignment with Mace's values.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified marketing and communications professional with strong written and spoken English.
• Proven experience across corporate communications, PR and marketing within client-side, agency or international environments.
• Strong strategic marketing, stakeholder engagement, campaign delivery and brand leadership expertise.
• Collaborative leader with excellent communication, commercial acumen and ability to develop thought leadership to UK standards.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing and Communications Lead to join our growing business in APAC, on a full-time basis based in Manila. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will shape and deliver impactful marketing, employer brand, and communications strategies that support business growth and engagement. This role offers the chance to influence key initiatives while driving brand visibility across the region.

You’ll Be Responsible For
