Job summary

Mace Group in Manila, Philippines, is seeking a Tunneling Lead to act as client representative and support project management for a major tunnelling project in Manila. You will lead delivery across tunnel projects, manage budgets and governance, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to achieve programme, cost and quality outcomes.

The role requires chartered membership with a recognized body, extensive tunnelling delivery experience, strong commercial acumen and proven leadership

Qualifications

• Chartered membership with RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent is required.
• Extensive experience delivering complex tunnelling/infrastructure projects.
• Strong commercial acumen supporting governance and fee management.
• Proven leadership of large, diverse teams and senior stakeholders.
• Solid knowledge of health, safety, sustainability and carbon considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead in the delivery of tunnelling projects from small to large using best practice project management.
• Manage budgets, governance and financial performance with robust reporting.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to achieve programme, cost and quality outcomes.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, driving early warning and issue resolution.
• Support bids and account growth through strong commercial insight.
• Ensure safe, compliant construction delivery with recognised professional credentials.
