Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture and licensed to practice.

Responsibilities

• Pre-construction: review plans, coordinate with PM/EDT for permit plans, prepare RFAs and assist in planning methodologies.
• Construction phase: coordinate with site engineers, prepare RFAs for materials, manage as-built progress for billing, review plans for conflicts.
• Post-construction: submit as-built plans, compile project reviews and reference shop drawings for future projects.

Job Description

TSG Supervisor is responsible for supporting the project in terms of plans and specification to be used at the project site during execution, coordinate updates, revision and concerns to Designer and consultants.

Leads the architectural design team in developing detailed construction drawings, ensuring technical accuracy, code compliance, and alignment with project goals.

This role bridges the gap between conceptual design and construction execution, providing expert oversight on design development, coordination, and documentation.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Pre-construction Activities

• Willing to be assigned on Baquid, Coron, Palawan
• Review Structural, Architectural & MEPF Plans to check for possible conflicts and identify possible change in plans.
• Coordinate to Project Manager and EDT for permit plan and specification needed for application of Building Permit.
• Prepare RFA/RFI needed for the project prior to execution.
• Assist Project Manager & Planning Engineer in preparation of PEP and methodologies to be used for the project.
• Attend Design Coordination meeting with the client and designer for design development.

Construction Phase

• Coordinate to site engineers for the updated plans to be used for implementation.
• Evaluate and prepare RFA for materials to be used in accordance to technical specification.
• Responsible for RFA/RFI/SUT during construction period.
• In charge for progress as built for billing attachment.
• Assist PM, APM, and Supervisor for Plan review prior to execution, discussion of possible conflicts on actual site condition.
• Coordinate to planning engineer for the shop drawing and methodology during construction. Responsible for the communication to subcon for the submittals of methodology prior to awarding.
• Coordinate to Designer or consultants for pending details or drawings prior to execution.
• Supervise CAD operator in the issuance of all plans to be used as reference for layout and details during construction phase.

Post Construction

• Responsible for submission of as built plans, coordinate to MEPF Sub contractor for the as built plan.
• In charge for preparation of project review (Good Practices and Bad Practices in terms of design).
• Responsible for the compilation of Approved shop drawing that may use as reference for future projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Licensed)

2. Experience

• At least 2-4 years of experience in building construction
• With knowledge and experience in Design
• Experience working on large-scale or specialized projects (e.g., high-rise)
