Mevbuilt Incorporated is hiring for a Site Engineer/Project Coordinator to oversee on-site execution according to the project plan at Baquid Island, Coron, Palawan. You will coordinate with subcontractors and admin staff to ensure correct plans, sequences, methodologies and materials are used, with a focus on timely delivery and accuracy.

The role requires at least 3 years of site experience, proficiency in AutoCAD and PlanSwift, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and the ability to estimate CSA

Responsibilities

Job Description

• Responsible for the site implementation of the project execution plan. Coordinates with the subcon in-charge and admin workers with regards to the implementation on site and to ensure that the correct plans, sequence, methodologies and materials are being implemented/utilize.
• Responsible for helping the Project in-charge and Cost Engineer in estimating the cost and materials prior to the implementation of the project.
• Collaborates with the Project in-charge and with regards to the preparation of the Project Execution Plan.
• Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the project site. Ensures that the correct plans, sequence, methodologies and materials are being implemented/utilize.
• Attends daily toolbox and workshop with all subcontractor regarding daily target accomplishments and deliverables.
• Monitors and evaluates all the delivery schedule and accomplishment done on site such as Rebar, Formworks and Concrete accomplishments and submits them to the Planning Engineer or Project in-charge on time.
• Evaluates subcons billings prior to submission to the Project in-charge or Cost engineer.
• Prepares all needed documents with regards to the operation concerns and other documents needed or required by the PMT/Client.
• Responsible for assisting the Project in-charge and Cost engineer for the Project Closeout.
• Collaborates and provides input with the PIC and Cost Engineer with regards to the preparation of project review (Good Practices and Bad Practices)
• Willing to be assigned on Baquid, Coron Palawan
