Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture and licensed to practice.
• 2–4 years of building construction experience.
• Experience with large-scale or specialized projects (e.g., high-rise).

Responsibilities

• Pre-construction: review plans, coordinate with PM/EDT for permit plans, prepare RFAs and assist in planning methodologies.
• Construction phase: coordinate with site engineers, prepare RFAs for materials, manage as-built progress for billing, review plans for conflicts.
• Post-construction: submit as-built plans, compile project reviews and reference shop drawings for future projects.
