Royal Cargo Inc. is seeking a Trucking Manager to oversee subcontracted trucking operations across divisions including CCB, Ocean Freight, and Domestic services. The role focuses on coordinating third-party providers, optimizing costs, and ensuring timely delivery to support business needs.

You will lead teams and cross-functional partners, monitor KPIs, negotiate rates, and drive continuous improvement to enhance service quality and profitability.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• 5+ years of supervisory or managerial experience in trucking/logistics operations.
• Experience managing third-party trucking providers and subcontracted transportation operations.
• Familiarity with port-related trucking, ocean freight import/export movements, and domestic transportation operations is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee subcontracted trucking operations across CCB, Ocean Freight Export, Ocean Freight Import, and Domestic units.
• Coordinate planning and execution of trucking requirements to support operations and customers.
• Monitor capacity, availability, and service performance for timely transportation.
• Negotiate trucking rates and service arrangements to support cost efficiency and profitability.
• Lead and supervise trucking personnel and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
