RVS Cargo Services Inc. is seeking an experienced Trucking Manager to oversee trucking operations, ensuring safe, timely, and efficient movement of containers and cargo from our Binondo, Manila site.

The role requires 3–5 years in trucking/logistics, strong coordination and communication skills, and leadership of drivers and dispatchers. Onsite work in Binondo is required, with occasional after-hours work as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily trucking operations and activities.
• Coordinate the movement, pickup, delivery, and return of containers and cargo.
• Monitor truck assignments, drivers, trips, and delivery schedules.
• Ensure timely updates and proper coordination with customers, operations, and other departments.
• Monitor the status of ongoing deliveries and address delays, problems, or operational issues.
• Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, customers, ports, terminals, and other concerned parties.
• Ensure proper handling and documentation of trucking transactions.
• Monitor truck availability, maintenance schedules, and operational readiness.
• Supervise trucking personnel and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Prepare and monitor trucking reports, trip records, delivery status, and other operational documents.
• Handle urgent trucking concerns and provide immediate solutions when necessary.
• Ensure all trucking activities are conducted safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company procedures.

RVS Cargo Services Inc. is looking for an experienced and reliable Trucking Manager to oversee our trucking operations and ensure the efficient, timely, and safe movement of containers and cargo.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Trucking Manager will be responsible for the overall management and supervision of trucking operations, including containerized cargo movements, truck scheduling, driver coordination, delivery monitoring, and operational concerns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and supervise daily trucking operations and activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

• With at least 3-5 years of experience in trucking, logistics, freight forwarding, or cargo operations.

• Experience handling containerized cargo is highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of trucking operations, container movement, port/terminal procedures, and cargo delivery.

• Experience in managing drivers, dispatchers, and trucking personnel.

• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Able to handle multiple deliveries and operational concerns simultaneously.

• Must be organized, responsible, and able to work under pressure.

• Willing to work beyond regular hours when operational requirements demand.

• Must be willing to work onsite in Binondo, Manila.
