Responsibilities

• Accept customers’ payments accurately.
• Print and sort all prepaid invoices; release to authorized representatives.
• Balance all collections daily and reconcile with Oracle Reports.
• Remit all collections to the bank through proper channels and procedures.
• Receive and release GC to customers accurately.
• Print sales orders and releases to customer’s authorized representatives.
