Job summary

Redstone Search is seeking a Treasury Specialist at Associate Director / Director level for a Global Bank in Dubai. The role involves working on the Capital Markets team, requiring strong sales skills and extensive market knowledge.

The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of relevant sales experience in treasury sales, responsible for meeting targets and contributing to the success of Capital Markets Product Solutions.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of relevant working and sales experience in treasury sales covering Retail/Priority Banking segment.
• Strong aptitude for sales, business prospects management and deal closure.
• Extensive knowledge of financial markets products such as Structured Products, Foreign Exchange, Fixed Income and Equities.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for meeting assigned targets and contributing to Capital Markets Product Solutions budgets.
• Proactive engagement with Relationship Managers in marketing products.
• Strengthen retail clients’ customer base product penetration.
