Job summary

Redstone Commodity Search and its trading partner seek a Head of Trade Finance & Treasury to lead funding strategy, liquidity management, and banking relationships across a fast-paced global trading business. You will shape working capital policy and capital allocation to support growth in physical and financial transactions.

The role requires deep experience in treasury, trade finance, and structured finance within commodity markets, with strong leadership and international collaboration

Qualifications

• Proven experience in treasury, trade finance, or structured finance.
• Strong understanding of trade finance instruments, working capital management, liquidity planning, and banking products.
• Demonstrated track record of negotiating and managing credit facilities, borrowing structures, and financial partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement treasury and trade finance strategies to support business growth, working capital requirements, and trading activities.
• Lead relationships with banks, financial institutions, and lending partners, securing and optimising financing facilities across the business.
• Oversee cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and capital allocation to ensure efficient funding of commercial operations.
• Partner with trading, operations, and finance teams to provide funding solutions for physical commodity transactions and manage financial risk exposure.
• Drive treasury transformation initiatives, enhancing reporting, controls, processes, and overall operational efficiency.
