Redstone Private Banking Search is assisting a Global Bank in Bahrain to onboard a Treasury Specialist at Associate Director level within the Capital Markets team. The role involves selling the full CMPS product suite to Retail/Priority Banking clients, meeting targets and collaborating with Relationship Managers to drive revenue.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years’ relevant working and sales experience in treasury sales covering Retail/Priority Banking segment.
• Strong aptitude for sales, business prospects management and deal closure.
• Extensive knowledge of financial markets products such as Structured Products, FX, Fixed Income and Equities.

Responsibilities

• Meet assigned targets and contribute to CMPS budgets on Structured Notes, Fixed Income, FX and Equities products.
• Engage with Relationship Managers to market CMPS products and enhance turnover and profitability.
• Strengthen retail clients’ base penetration of CMPS product suite.
