Job summary

San Miguel Global Power is seeking an accounting professional to handle day-to-day financial record-keeping and the preparation of periodic reports, including financial statements and schedules, bank reconciliations, and other reports requested by the Finance Manager or CFO & Treasurer.

You will issue Official Receipts for all sales, coordinate with sellers and customers on matters related to WESM transactions under BIR OT-323 2021, manage weekly and monthly disbursements, and ensure compliance

• Recording day-to-day transactions and preparing periodic reports, including financial statements, accounting schedules, and bank reconciliations.
• Issuance of Official Receipts to all customers/buyers for sales through the WESM.
• Communicating with sellers/generation companies and customers on BIR OT-323 2021 related to WESM transactions.
• Managing weekly/monthly disbursements of the company.
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with national and local regulators and creditor banks.

Job description

• Primarily responsible in recording the day-to-day transactions of the company and the preparation of the periodic reports thereon, to include the company's financial statements accounting schedules, bank reconciliation statements and other reports that may be requested by the Finance Manager or the Chief Finance Officer & Treasurer
• Issuance of Official Receipt to all customers/buyers in all sales made through the WESM.
• Communicate with sellers/generation companies and customers/buyers on all the concerns under BIR Ruling No. OT-323 2021 related to sales and purchases transactions made through WESM.
• Managing the weekly/monthly disbursements of the company.
• Monitoring and execution of processes and procedures to meet the Company's compliance requirements to national and local government regulators and creditor banks.
