Job summary

Koko Mart Trading in Cavite is seeking a detail-oriented accounting and inventory clerk to reconcile daily cashier collections, manage stock and invoicing, and maintain accurate records.

The role includes stocktaking, preparing reports on sales, salaries, and expenses, and coordinating with system providers to ensure data integrity. On-site work in Noveleta, Cavite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Basic bookkeeping and inventory management knowledge.
• Familiarity with Nelsoft or similar POS systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented, organized and reliable.
• Able to work independently and report discrepancies clearly.

Responsibilities

• Reconcilie daily cashier collections with sales data and explain discrepancies.
• Manage cashier system data: products, inventory, members and discounts.
• Record goods received, stock-outs, transfers and scrapped items in the inventory system.
• Conduct stocktaking and prepare inventory stocktaking sheets.
• Organize daily finance data: receipts and invoices.
• Prepare weekly inventory reports and monthly financial reports covering sales and expenses.

• Reconcile daily cashier collections with sales data; investigate and explain discrepancies
• Manage cashier system data, including products, inventory, members, and discounts
• Accurately record goods received, stock-outs, transfers, and scrapped items in the inventory system
• Conduct sample and full stocktaking; prepare inventory stocktaking sheets and adjust records accordingly
• Organize daily finance-related data, including receipts and invoices
• Prepare weekly inventory reports and monthly financial reports, covering sales, refunds, member discounts, employee salaries, social insurance, rent, and utilities
• Retain all original financial and inventory documentation
• Coordinate with system service providers to maintain accurate data

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and inventory management
• Familiarity with accounting or POS systems (experience with Nelsoft is a plus)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Tech-savvy and computer literate
• Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
• Able to work independently
• Strong communication skills for reporting discrepancies and findings
• Experience in retail or inventory-based accounting is an advantage.
• Able to work on-site in Noveleta, Cavite
