Job summary

TalentSync Training and Development seeks a Customer Support representative for Travel & Tourism to join our Cebu call centre team. This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional service for travel clients, handling inquiries, and guiding bookings and requirements.

You will be the voice of the company, resolving issues, ensuring client satisfaction, and collaborating with colleagues to maintain seamless service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least High School (old cur) /SHS graduate.
• At least 6 months CCE (customer service experience).
• Excellent communication skills with a clear, professional speaking voice and ability to listen actively.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset and empathetic approach.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls professionally and courteously, addressing travel and tourism-related inquiries and concerns.
• Provide accurate information about travel packages, booking procedures, destinations, and travel requirements.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Process bookings, reservations, and cancellations accurately using call centre systems and databases.
• Document all customer interactions in detail, maintaining comprehensive records for quality assurance and future reference.
• Offer product recommendations and upsell opportunities whilst maintaining genuine customer care.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Meet performance targets including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores and quality standards.
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors or management when necessary.
