Qualifications

• Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via phone, email, and live chat about bookings and travel.
• Process booking modifications, cancellations, and refunds accurately and efficiently.
• Provide detailed information on destinations, flight options, accommodations, and insurance products.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Update records and transactions in the booking system promptly and accurately.
• Upsell relevant travel services with a consultative approach.
• Collaborate with internal teams including reservations, finance, and operations.
• Meet performance metrics such as average handle time and first-call resolution targets.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information and comply with data protection regulations.
• Participate in training programs to stay updated on offerings and system changes.
