Job summary

CASTO TRAVEL PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking a Technical Operations Support Specialist to ensure seamless operation of our travel technology, booking systems, and platforms.

You will provide frontline technical assistance to OBT and Concur clients, and help keep travel processes running smoothly. The role demands hands-on CRS/GDS experience, Concur configuration, and strong problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or equivalent required.
• 3+ years in corporate travel or call center operations.
• Strong CRS/GDS experience with Concur, Apollo, or Sabre.
• Hands-on experience configuring Online Booking Tools (OBT).
• Experience in Travel Management Company environments.
• Proficient with MS Outlook, Office, Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and online support for OBT and Concur clients.
• Configure travel rules, policies, and supplier rates.
• Retrieve and distribute travel reports for management review.
• Troubleshoot traveler profiles and Sabre synchronization.
• Assist with Concur bookings, changes, cancellations, and accounts.
• Support onboarding of new Concur clients and integrations.
