Casto Travel Philippines, Inc. is seeking an IT Specialist to keep our technology, systems, and users running smoothly. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and networks, support end-users, and manage IT peripherals.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s in CS/IT, 1–4 years’ IT experience, and solid communication skills. The role offers hands-on problem solving, onboarding support, and opportunities to contribute to IT projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or equivalent.
• 1–4 years IT support or related experience.
• Proven IT support or similar role.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Familiarity with networking concepts and Windows OS.
• IT certifications are a plus (e.g., CompTIA A+, MCSA, ITIL).

Responsibilities

• Provide timely technical support via email, phone, and in-person.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Set up new user accounts and support onboarding.
• Maintain help desk records and IT inventory.
