Discover the World - Global seeks an experienced Sales Support professional to assist our US and Canada sales teams with inquiries, bookings, payments and customer support, ensuring a smooth experience for clients and partners.

With a portfolio spanning air, cruise, hospitality, and more, the company emphasizes service, integrity, and results-driven performance across a global network. Night shifts may be required to support international teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in tourism, hospitality, or business or related field.
1–2 years of experience in travel industry, preferably in sales and support.
Strong understanding of travel operations, bookings and customer service.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, CRM tools.
Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails from travel offices, agencies and partners.
Assist with agent registrations, bookings, commissions, cases and inquiries.
Manage end-to-end travel process from booking to payment and post-booking support.
Update and maintain customer information in Salesforce.
Utilize Amadeus and Sabre systems for booking and ticketing support.
Develop knowledge of Expedia products and partner support.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues.
