Gladex Travel and Tours Corp. is seeking a motivated telesales representative to handle travel inquiries, promote tour packages, and convert leads into confirmed bookings.

You will use phone, chat, and other channels to provide excellent customer service and close sales. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, explaining package options and pricing, following up on leads, and coordinating with reservations and operations to finalize bookings.

Formación

• Experience in telesales or call center sales is an advantage.
• Experience in travel sales or tourism is preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
• Confident in handling calls, chats, and follow-ups.
• Goal-oriented and motivated to hit sales targets.
• Good customer service attitude and professional phone etiquette.

Responsabilidades

• Contact potential clients via phone, messages, and follow-ups to promote Gladex Travel and Tours packages.
• Respond to inquiries about travel destinations, packages, airfare, hotel, visa assistance, and related services.
• Explain inclusions, pricing, payment terms, requirements, and booking procedures clearly.
• Convert leads from ads and inquiries into bookings.
• Follow up with clients and maintain communication until booking is confirmed.
• Build and maintain relationships to encourage repeat bookings and referrals.
• Record customer details and booking status in CRM or tracking systems.
• Coordinate with reservations, operations, and ticketing teams for availability and pricing.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle objections professionally and offer suitable options based on budget and preferences.
• Assist with payment instructions, confirmations, and documents.
• Provide after-sales support, reminders, and travel assistance.
• Prepare daily/weekly activity reports on calls, leads, follow-ups, and bookings.
