Gladex Travel and Tours Corp. in Binondo, Manila City, is seeking an experienced Travel Consultant with BPO experience to join our team. This full-time role places you at the heart of our travel operations, providing expert advice and comprehensive travel solutions to our clients.

You will research and book flights, hotels, tours, and other services using industry-standard systems, prepare itineraries and visas, manage bookings and client records, and upsell travel packages to meet revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Experience as Travel Consultant or similar travel role.
• Direct experience in a BPO environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of visa requirements, travel insurance and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand travel needs, preferences and budgets.
• Research, compare and book flights, hotels, tours and services using booking systems.
• Prepare itineraries and travel documents including visas and insurance.
• Process bookings and payments following company procedures.
• Maintain client records and respond promptly to inquiries.
