Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
• Set sales objectives, coach, and monitor the performance of sales representatives.
• Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
• Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports with realistic forecasts to management.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding client needs.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team, conducting regular performance reviews and providing feedback.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts, staying fully aware of new products and competition status.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Provide input on marketing strategies based on customer feedback and market trends.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing partnerships with other businesses.
