JPCron Corp is seeking a full-time Sales Support professional to reach out to customers and facilitate airline ticket sales in Taguig City, Metro Manila. You will advise customers on destinations, dates, costs, and accommodations, and communicate offers via email to support marketing efforts.

The role emphasizes strong English communication, customer service skills, and the ability to work in 24/7 shifts if needed. On-site parking and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Advanced English communication skills (reading, writing and speaking).
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven sales aptitude with upselling experience.
• Good computer literacy and data entry skills.
• Experience in travel or ticket sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reach out to both existing and prospective customers to facilitate airline ticket sales.

• Processing new customer inquiries - Cooperating with incoming customers to determine their needs and advising them on an appropriate destination, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations.

• Communicate current offers to customers via email to aid marketing efforts.

• Regularly update and manage the customer database

• Promote company products to enhance marketing initiatives.

• Facilitating deals/sales - Supporting the process for customers with professional insight and expertise

• Advise customers on alternative solutions and available offers.

• Ensure customer maximize the benefits of company services for ticket sales.

• Respond professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email.

• Foster strong customer relationships to support marketing objectives.

• Carry out additional tasks as directed by the Sales Manager.

• Maintain the security of operational data.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION:

1. Advanced/Native level of English (Reading, Writing, and Speaking).

2. Impeccable Communication and Customer Service skills.

3. Advanced level of PC knowledge.

5. Prior experience in Travel/Sales industries will be a weighted advantage.

6. Self-motivated individual /Open to work in 24*7 shifts
