Job summary

MicroSourcing in Ortigas, Pasig City is seeking a Customer Service Representative - Travel & Sales to join our Sydney-based travel sales team. You will handle inquiries, quotes, and bookings for Croatia, the Balkans, Greece, Scandinavia, and India markets.

You'll collaborate with suppliers and operate the Tour-Plan system to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings while delivering high-quality customer service and hitting sales targets. This role offers hybrid work and mid-shift schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience in travel sales and customer service
• Familiar with travel reservation processes and tools
• Strong English communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via web forms, email, and live chat with high-quality service
• Initiate quotes and booking requests in Tour-Plan reservations system
• Coordinate with suppliers to book hotels and create itineraries
• Manage quotes, bookings, and payments through all stages from quote to travel follow-up
• Ensure supplier rates match contracted terms and align with client needs
