Job summary

Arbitrail MNL Inc. is seeking a Customer Support Representative to assist customers with their travel and accommodation needs, focusing on reservations and coordinating with travel partners. You will handle inquiries via phone and email, resolve booking issues, and document interactions using Zendesk and other tools.

Strong English communication and multi-tasking are essential. The role is onsite in Metro Manila with opportunities to collaborate across teams and ensure accurate, timely responses

Qualifications

• 6 months of BPO or customer service experience.
• Experience handling travel, hotel reservations, or related accounts is advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers via phone and email with hotel and travel reservations.
• Provide information and assistance for booking inquiries, modifications, and other reservation concerns.
• Coordinate with hotels, suppliers, and internal teams to address customer requests.
• Investigate and resolve booking-related issues in a timely manner.
• Use Zendesk and other support tools to manage customer requests and maintain accurate records.
• Document customer interactions and follow up on pending concerns when necessary.
• Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers and business partners.
• Perform other customer support duties related to the account.
