Job summary

Arbitrail MNL Inc. is seeking a Customer Support Representative to assist customers with travel and accommodation needs, handling reservation-related concerns and coordinating with partners to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

You will use Zendesk and other tools to manage requests, document interactions, and maintain professional communication with customers and hotels. Onsite work in Ortigas, Pasig City is required.

Qualifications

• 6+ months in a BPO or customer service role.
• Experience with travel or hotel reservations is a plus.
• Proficient in verbal and written English communication.
• Able to handle multiple customer concerns while maintaining accuracy.
• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by phone regarding hotel and travel reservations.
• Provide information for booking inquiries, modifications, and related concerns.
• Coordinate with hotels, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve requests.
• Investigate and resolve booking issues promptly.
• Use Zendesk and other tools to manage requests and document interactions.
• Document customer conversations and follow up on pending concerns.
