Creathink Solutions.Inc is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our BPO team in Manila. You will assist customers with tour bookings, inquiries, cancellations, and other travel-related concerns, delivering a smooth and professional service experience in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong English communication, basic CRM familiarity, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. You will coordinate with on-site staff and suppliers to ensure seamless bookings and high customer

Qualifications

• Experience in BPO or customer service is required.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and administrative tasks is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to suggest solutions to problems and identify opportunities to improve processes.
• Ability to work independently, make timely decisions in response to real-time operational situations, and work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to learn detailed processes regarding our tours quickly.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.

Responsabilités

• Add/amend reservations received from distributors to the booking system.
• Providing support to on-site staff in various cities.
• Dealing with the venues and service providers in various cities to book buses, headsets, and other services related to our tours.
• Liaise with colleagues and other departments as necessary to ensure efficiency and to maximize use of all resources.
• Problem solving when issues arise.
• Perform other administrative and data entry duties as required.
• Agents are expected to receive or make calls to tour distributors to address booking concerns.
• Proactively review upcoming tours to allow the flagging of any issues.
• Suggest and help implement enhanced department procedures and processes.
