Job summary

Biyaheko.com Corporation in Makati seeks a Relationship Manager to develop and strengthen ties with corporate clients, travel partners, and business partners. You will drive sales growth, identify opportunities, and ensure exceptional service throughout the customer journey.

The role focuses on maintaining client satisfaction, expanding the customer base, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver travel solutions and prompts responses to inquiries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in account management, relationship management, sales, or business development, preferably within travel or tourism.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and key accounts.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and service requests promptly.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to expand the company's customer base.
• Promote and sell travel products and services including holiday packages, airline tickets, hotel accommodations, visa assistance, transportation.
• Prepare customized travel proposals and quotations based on client requirements.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients when appropriate.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with operations, reservations, ticketing, finance, and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
