Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree requirement in Business, Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
• Experience in travel, leisure, hospitality, or tourism preferred.
• Exposure to both B2B and B2C markets advantageous.
• Strong client network in travel, hospitality, or corporate sectors beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies targeting corporate clients, travel agencies, leisure groups, and industry partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, decision-makers, and stakeholders in travel and hospitality.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s client and partner network.
• Manage and grow assigned B2B and B2C accounts to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business reviews to strengthen partnerships and drive growth.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, networking activities, and field engagements to generate leads.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, contracts, and account reports.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and expansion opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements and service delivery.
• Represent the company professionally during client interactions, fieldwork, and industry engagements.
