Job summary

Metacom Careers is hiring for a GDS Support Specialist in Quezon City. You will assist customers in onsite set-up of Global Distribution System solutions and provide technical support and training on GDS functionalities.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Travel Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1–3 years in a customer support or technical role within the travel industry.
• Proficient in using GDS tools like Amadeus, Sabre, or Travelport.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
