Responsibilities include ensuring timely execution, securing safety approvals, maintaining dashboards, and producing risk management reports while preserving financial discipline across activities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all approved programs and event activities are executed seamlessly according to the scheduled timeline
• Obtain timely approvals for safety risk assessment forms prior to activity and event start dates
• Maintain on-time actualization for all planned operations and local event execution
• Keep operational tracking dashboards updated consistently and on schedule
• Resolve and close flagged performance and data accuracy issues promptly within the required timeframe
• Track ongoing execution using internal scoreboards, lead regular team huddles, identify operational bottlenecks, and implement quick corrective action plans
• Consolidate and submit weekly operational risk management reports in accordance with established reporting deadlines
• Maintain strict financial discipline to ensure cost efficiency across all implemented activities and programs
• Monitor and complete the issuance of billing documentation according to established lead times and submission timelines
• Ensure the final processing and submission of financial statements within designated business-day turnarounds upon receipt
