Job summary

Trip.com Group is seeking an Operations Executive in the Philippines to support production evaluation, reporting, and project planning. You will collaborate with teams to standardize workflows, develop both manual and automated processes, and create training materials as needed.

The role emphasizes data-driven insights, analytical thinking, and strong English communication, with Mandarin as a helpful skill for cross-regional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English is required.
• Analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to derive insights with data statistics support.
• Business Mandarin skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate production and determine follow up action.
• Prepare reports as necessary.
• Initiate, execute, assist in the planning and support of projects and processes.
• Collaborate with team to standardize, operationalize, and develop both manual and automated workflows.
• Assist the team to analyse and create report to track performance and productivity against overall team’s KPIs.
• Create documents and trainings with team or stakeholders (if necessary).
