Tasq Work is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a fast-growing Travel account in Pasay. You will deliver exceptional service through effective communication, problem-solving, and customer profiling.

Work on-site at MOA Pasay with shifting schedules and a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Responsibilities include handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues on first contact, maintaining records, and helping to improve service processes.

Qualifications

• High school graduate required.
• 12 months of GDS experience (Amadeus, Apollo, Sabre, Worldspan).
• Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• On-site work availability in MOA Pasay with shifting schedule.
• Immediate availability to start ASAP.

Responsabilités

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve issues with focus on first-call resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
