Job summary

TDCX is looking for a Travel/Airline Support Agent in Pasig. You will handle inquiries via phone, chat, and email, resolve issues, and assist with ticketing, reservations, and profile updates. The role focuses on delivering accurate service, meeting daily KPIs, and supporting promotions and program-related tasks.

Qualifications

• 12 months travel or airline experience in a BPO setting, with hands-on ticketing/reservations.
• At least 6 months omnichannel experience (voice/email/chat).
• Preferably with GDS experience.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Amenable to work in rotating shifts and in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.

Responsibilities

• Handle phone-in/chat enquiries of current and prospective members.
• Identify cause of problems and recommend solutions.
• Process reservations, mileage redemptions, tickets, and schedule changes accurately.
• Maintain member accounts with profile updates.
• Send program collaterals and forms related to promotions.
• Advise on latest promotions and mechanics.
• Manage feedback/complaints and liaise with backend to resolve issues.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects.
• Meet daily KPI requirements.
